Dogs can be off leash but must be controlled at all times. Don't let them chase deer, other dogs, etc. These actions are subject to a fine and the Bylaw dude, Kakowski does cruise the area frequently.
And of course, cleaning up after your dog is much appreciated, while people are still allowed to walk their dogs down there.
