Jim Ogilvie is returning to City Hall as mayor of Kimberley after defeating incumbent Ron McRae in a close race that saw electors favour Ogilvie 52.6% to 47.4%. Council results saw the four incumbents retain their seats with two new faces joining them in chambers.
